copy and paste

How do I copy and paste only visible cells in worksheet. I am trying to copy
and/or print a large amount of information and only need about 1 of every 4
columns. I thought I had done this before, but can't seem to remember.
 
use f5 special cells
or in a macro look in help for specialcells
 
Hide the columns you don't want copied.

Select all visible columns in your range.

Then CRTL + G and Special>"Visible cells only"

Copy these then paste.
