In column "A" I have my subtotals
I need to find subtotal "Jim" in column "A" of worksheet 1
xlToRight get subtotal amount copy and paste into a cell in worksheet 2

Added note, I need to do this for each sales person so I need a macro
also note that the subtotal will never be in the same row each week
