copy and paste won't work in any ms app

The copy and paste function just quit working. Does not work using shortcuts or icons. Any ideas?? I can't do much easily without this feature!
 
this is a sign of certain viruses.

Update virus definitions boot to safe mode no networking and run a complete
scan !
