cookies

i just recently re-installed windows as an update to xp,
and when i visit certain sites they say that my cookies
arent enabled. but when i check the settings it says that
im allowing all cookies. what is my problem?

Clear your cache. Delete all temporary internet files and cookies.

i get the same messages. how do i go about making sure my
cookies are enabled?
