Since I have installed Service pack 2, I have noticed that when I bring up
usps.com everything seems to be accessible except zip code look up. When I
attempt it I get a page which says "cannot find server. This page cannot be
displayed." It follows with suggestions to remedy the problem which don't
fix the problem.

The zip lookup is done via a redirect to zip4.usps.com
Your IE browser 'may' have overly restricted some things.

The easiest solution is to add "*.usps.com" & "*.usps.gov" (without the quotes) into Trusted Sites list in the Security section of IE Tools > Internet Options
