WinXP "Help & Support" and "User Accounts" fail

Hi,
I have a Laptop running WinXP Media Center Edition 2005.
Set up with two accounts both have Adminstrator Privilidges one is the main
account the other one for family use.
Since upgrading to IE7 I have had issues with the family account.
This starts with IE7 failing to load the RunOnce page. I have applied the
common fix and effectively bypassed this page.
Then it is noticed that Javascripts will not operate on webpages, I am
unable to correct this despite trying all the popular remedies.
What has also been noticed is that Windows Help and Support fails to run at
all and that attempting to open "User Accounts" brings up a script error with
all the details of where the error occurred missing and "Do you want to
continue running scripts yes/no". Both windows cannot be closed without a
re-boot.

The really strange thing is that everything is fine for the main account but
any new account irrespective of associated priviledges has the exact same
problems. The only way I have been able to provide use for the family is for
them to use the main account. Also none of the problems were experienced
prior to installing IE7 to prove this I removed IE7 went back to IE6 and
everything was ok, however, assuming it was a freak incident I re-installed
IE7 to find the exact same problems. I would like to find the solution to
this it is really bugging me.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the heads up.
I followed the instructions on the blog page and then re-booted, created a
new user account and everything appears to be working normally now.
