Administrator user account HELP!!

Hi guys,Can some-one please tell me how (if possible at all) to create an
admin account as i keep getting a msg saying i dont have priviledges to
access lots of programes and even cleaning softwre.There is only one user
account just now which is a limited account.

Boot to Safe Mode. At the Welcome Screen you should see, in addition to
your own user account, an account called Administrator. This is Windows
XP's built-in Administrator account. Do not make any changes to this
account!

Login to XP's Administrator account...it should not require a password.
Once you are at the desktop, go to Control Panel > User Accounts and
either create a new account with Administrator permissions or give your
own account Administrator permissions.

The idea behind using an account with reduced permissions for day to day
computinging is that, should the account become infected with malware,
the malware will have reduced access to the rest of the computer.
