Cookies ok but some sites refuse

On some web sites (blogger.com, for example), when I try to sign in I get the
message "Your browser's cookie functionality is disabled. Please enable
JavaScript and cookies in order to use Blogger." When I check browser and
javascript settings in Tools/Internet options, everything is ok. Something
else must be keeping me from signing on.

I have no trouble signing on when I use Netscape!

Any suggestions on how I can solve this problem?

Hi Monty :)

You don't mention whcih version of Windows are yo using, and it often does
make a difference. You might try the following and see if it helps:

Go to the following and open with Notepad,
C:\WINDOWS\hosts (the one with no extension, not the .SAM one)
then delete any listing reference for the site you are trying to open.
Then Save and close.

also.............

Make sure your cookies are turned on. Open IE>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy
tab> Advanced tab>put in the checks in both boxes click
Apply/OK and close.
