cookies not working ...HELP

I am running XP, have cookies set to accept all, and yet i
still get messages saying that i need to change my cookie
settings to accept them. i have read and done what the kb
q299331 says to do, but i continue to get the same errors.

try another browser,like Avant browser,it's free from

www.download.com
put avant in the search and download it,It's got every
option that 6.0 has and more!If you don't like it
add/remove will take it out.
