Cookies Folder

I can not locate my cookies folder. I went to Documents and Settings but it
is not there.

To view certain types of data you have to modify Explorer's default
configuration. Folder Options, View [Advanced settings] >
Check - Show hidden files and folders
Uncheck - Hide Extensions for known file types
Uncheck - Hide Protected Operating System Files

You can also do a search for Cookies and it will show you where it resides
