go to your control panel and click 'internet options'.
on the front page, click delete cookies and delete temp files. also on the
temp files option tick the box that says 'delete all offline content' you
need to do it once without the tick and once with the tick.
you need to do this for each user on the computer.
Cookies are use mostly by certains Web Sites for tracking
yours surfing preferences .You can manually supress
them...
Go to Documents and Settings and from there go thrue
every user directorie like Administrator, All Users ,
Default User and so on ; in each one search
for "cookies" ; select all the content of each "cookies"
directory and press Suppr on your keyboard...et voilà.
