cookies don't seem to work right

My security is set to 'Medium'. As I understand things, cookies should work.
However, when I go to MyYahoo! or other sites that clearly use cookies for
ID, I often have to log in manually. What's weird is that cookies are
definitely getting set in my user account.

Any thoughts?

also....you may have a corrupted Cookie cache:
