Cookies and Flash resets on restart

Lately I have been getting a lot of BSODs, so in an attempt to solve
that problem I made a repair of Windows XP. That solved the problem,
but has in turn given me several other problems, most of which I have
however managed to solve.

But two problems persist. Some websites have the Remember me option,
and if I click it and log in, and then later restart my computer, it
has been reset and I have to log in again. This happens every time I
restart my computer.

Same thing with the Flash player. I can install it and confirm that it
works on e.g. Youtube, but as soon as I restart and go there again,
I'm told that I don't have it installed.

Most of my other problems have been resolved with registering
necessary DLLs, so I figure that might also be the case this time, but
I have no idea how to go about this whole problem or even what to
search for on Google. So I hope somebody in here can be of assistance.

Hi there...
What version IE are you using? And have you checked, tools, internet
options, content tab, auto complete, settings, and the "user names and
passwords on forms" is ticked?
Post back.
Take Care...

Yes, I have checked it and it is ticked. Also I just upgraded to IE 7,
but I had the same problem before where I had IE 6.

Also I found out that it works with Administrator accounts, i.e. Flash
is installed, and with Hotmail for instance, I go straight to my inbox
without having to log in. On limited accounts however, Flash is not
installed and I have to log in every time.

I had a similar problem where my limited accounts were not shown on
the Welcome screen, and I found out that it was because they were not
part of any group, so I added them all to the Users group, and they
all appeared back on the screen. So I suspect that it can be related
to that.

Furthermore everything worked perfectly for all accounts, before I had
to repair Windows XP. After that, it seems some things have been
reset, including stuff that pertain to limited vs. administrative
accounts. But what that would be, is beyond me.

Furthermore I have now installed Adobe Reader onto my computer. Logged
in as an administrator it works perfectly, but using it with a limited
account I get an error, and the program closes. I also have installed
the game Clue from MSN, same thing, works under administrator, quits
with an error under limited accounts. It's the standard Windows error,
that says something about my data possibly having been lost.

Also, I forgot to say that when I go to a website, such as Youtube,
under a limited account, and try to watch a video, it says that the
movie was not loaded when I right click where the video is supposed to
be.
