Converting to pps file

I am using powerpoint 2003 when i convert my file to a pps or even when i
email it in ppt some of my font is change to regular font. How do i correct
this problem?

1) Use common fonts. If you use a font that PowerPoint does not have (on
the receiver's end) it will substitute one that it feels is close.
Unfortunately, it doesn't know close from Adam, and often selects something
ugly.

2) Embedding a font will make it so the recipient has the font, but may not
be able to open the presentation.
