Converting .mov to WMM supported file type

How can I convert digital camera video clip to windows movie maker file type
to either 'open' or 'import into collection' for editing? On editing, how
can I remove unwanted frame(s)? Thanks.

you remove unwanted frames by splitting the clips in the collection or on
the timeline... or trimming them on the timeline. There are online tutorials
linked on the Online > Tutorials and References section of the site.
