Converting .jpg to .htm

Guest

www.bunkychollox.com has lots of pictures. Currently thumbnails just launch
the larger picture in a new browser window. I want to change this so each
picture is on it's own page so I can centre etc and make it look better. Now
I have 500+ pictures. Is there an easy way to add these pictures to there
own .htm page or do I need to insert each picture manualy to a new page?

Thanks for your time, this site has helped me out so much!

Cheers

That's a lot of work with that many pictures. Why not use JavaScript to
make a pop up window and center the image in that window? There are free
scripts at http://javascript.internet.com under Navigation. If not then
yes, you need to make 500 pages and insert the images into them.

Thamks guys. There is some great stuff here. For most of my pictures I use
the Photo Gallary option which to the best of my knowledge doesn't use
Hyperlinks as such? So is there an easy way to code something in so all my
Photo Gallary pictures auto pop-up in a decent formatted window?

Thanks again

You will need to find a different photo gallery to use.

Try JAlbum. It creates new albums with drag, drop and click.

I am now using it with great success. (See
http://trevorl.mvps.org/ratec/album.html) The only thing I would like is to
have captions. Currently, the filenames are quite descriptive, but I really
need to separate the description from the name. Maybe I need to read the
JAlbum help <vbg>

Depends on which skin you use.
