Converting Journal items ...

I need to export quite a bit of Outlook data to a Mac running Entourage.
There are ways of exporting Appointments, Contacts and email ... but not
Journal items (since Entourage doesn't have Journal). Any ideas how I could
move all the Journal items over?

When you have the Journal open, highlight all the entries and copy to
the clipboard and then paste it into another application. Works great
by putting it in Excel or another spreadsheet. You then can change
edit the data.

When I highlight all the entries in Journal and Copy, I just get a copy of
the Subjects, not the notes inside.

The only way I can see to get all the data into Excel is by choosing
File/Export. But some of the notes are lengthy, so a spreadsheet isn't the
ideal way to store this data. I'm now wondering if there's a Mac program
that could import this data from a spreadsheet and display it in a form like
Journal.
