Converting data to Access database

This problem always seems to happen when I am trying to sent a data list to Access. I get an error message stating

"The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object '<data$R1C1:R10273C3>', Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path correctly

Eventually I am able to export the data but I do not know why this message appears. Can anyone help
