converter for Works 4.5 spreadsheet

I need a converter for Excel 2000 to read Works 4.5 .wks
spreadsheets so that I can edit and save to Excel 2000. I
do not see this in custom install. Works 2 is there but it
does not work for 4.5. I would appreciate any help. Thank
you. George

MS does not provide any import filters for this. You may want to have
a look at a third party converter, a trial version of which can be
found here:
www.rl-software.com
