Hi there,
That it a little bit off-topic, dont you think?
WMV is Windows Media *Video*, not audio.
WAV and MP3 are audio formats. WMA (Windows Media Audio) is also audio.
So your question makes no much sense. You can't convert WMV (video) into
WAV/MP3 (audio). The most you can do is to extract the audio from the video.
If that is what you want, any decent audio or video editing software allows
you to extact the audio track from a video source, and then save it. If you
dont have a good audio or video editing software, then just search for a
free tool, like
http://www.geocities.com/myasftools/ that allows to extract
audio streams from WMV format into WAV. Then you may encode in MP3 if you
like.
WMA and MP3 are encoded formats (already compressed). That means no true
conversion is done. What is done is another "ripping" (encoding), when
always some quality is lost. So you should avoid converting one encoded
format into another.
