How to convert Raw PCM to WAV
http://www.softe.net/eufony_help/convert-pcm-wav.php

Raw PCM files contains uncompressed pcm audio data only, which means
there is no embedded parameters in the file indicating the sample
rate, bits per sample, channels, etc. So you will have to know what
specs of the PCM file are to start with. You can set those parameters
in the "Options" window before playback or conversion. As an
alternative, you can also rename a pcm file to make it carry
parameters. e.g. rename sample.pcm to sample_[44100_16_2].pcm, eufony
will interpret the data as "44100hz 16bit stereo".

Follow the steps below to convert Raw PCM files to WAV.
