Convert master/title slide to normal slide

I have a user that created an entire presentation in
Master View. So, she has several masters and several
title slides. I have tried copying and pasting, drag and
drop into a normal presenation to no avail. How can
I 'convert' the master/title slides into 'normal' slides?

What won't they think of next? ;-)

Try this:

On the master slide, press CTRL+A to select all
Switch to a new slide in normal view
Click on the slide to make sure the correct pane is active then press CTRL+V to
paste the content from the slide master to the slide.

If this doesnt' bring over the text from the text boxes, you'll probably have
to select the text in the text box on the master then paste it into a text box
on the individual slide.
