What is the most efficient way to covert from Outlook 2002 to 2003? In
previous versions; all I did was export everything to a .pst file; however
it does not seem to export everything anymore. I had to import my contacts
separately
and now it looks like I will need to do the same for my journal. Any tips
would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Simon

Insert your 2003 CD and just install it. As long as you've verified that
your system can run Office 2003 and that your add-ins are Outlook 2003
compatible you should be fine. Making a backup of your pst-file (hidden
file) when Outlook is closed is recommended though just to be on the safe
side ;-)
