Controls on form shudder when mouse enters unassociated label, why

As I move the mouse in Form View over an unassociated label on a form I'm
designing, all the other controls on the form briefly shudder. It occurs as
the mouse enters and exits the label. How can I stop this from happening
please?

Yep. 1:10am on the 26th here. But then, since the answer was posted by
Allen Browne, it was actually posted at 8:10pm on the 25th. Oh, well

well, the Google link is date/timed as Nov 25, 4:10 am...but i can never
figure out whose local time we're talking about, at any given time, anyway!

Tina, I think you'll find that the google link is timestamped with
*your* local time, wherever you may be. When I opened the Google link
you gave, it was timestamped Nov 26, 1:10am, which means where I live is
21 hours ahead of where you live. Not that it really matters, except to
be aware that when referring other people to newsgroup posts, the
date/time of the post is not very applicable.
