Controlling PSTs within Outlook 2002

We are looking to prevent users from creating PSTs as a new corporate
standard. There are a number of articles outlining the steps to create the
DisablePST registery entry. However, there was no indication in these
articles as to how the registry addition and configuration could be automated.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how we could deploy the recommeded
registry change to all our desktop systems automatically, either through a
GPO or Outlook ADM? If not possible, what alternatives do we have?

Yes, you can use GPO for this if you want to make it a mandatory policy. You
can edit the .adm file to add new policies.

Is there a good reference document that explains how to create this .adm
policy change?

Secondly, is there a way to control the size of PSTs within Outlook 2002
using .adm.

Thanks,

The .adm file is just a text file. If you open it in Notepad, you'll see how
the individual items are structured.
