Configure Outlook setting on multiple PC's for same user

We are in the process of migrating from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2003/Outlook
2003. Every system already has the Outlook client installed but not
configured. When we rollout the Exchange backend, we need a way to configure
these Outlook installations with the new Exchange information in addition to
automated profile creation. I have the Office Resource Kit and created a .CMW
file that applies the necessary settings which works great but I need to find
a way to deploy this company wide. GPO's dont work with non-MSI's so I cant
run the Maintwiz.exe from there. I can use SMS to deploy this once to every
PC but we have several users that roam from PC to PC, what would be the best
way to handle these users?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Maybe a login script would work for them? But if they roam, do you really need it? Their mail profile settings, once set the first time, will roam with their other Windows settings.
