Controlling Media PC remotely

Hi, I have my main pc in one room of the house and a Media pc in the lounge
downstairs. Both running XP Pro I can connect and control the media pc
using remote desktop no problem. The trouble is that when I exit from remote
desktop the host pc is left in screensaver mode, and when I move the mouse I
am asked to log on again, which is a bit of a pain as I like to hide the
keyboard behind the telly. I do control the media pc quite regularly to
load music files etc and and this is becoming a pain in the gonads. Does
anyone know if i can set things up so as soon as I exit remote desktop the
host is returned to a full 'up and running state'

If you were logged into the PC as the same user LOCALLY before you logged
into the PC Remotely..

Start --> Run

tscon 0 /dest:console

OK

on the remote PC when you are done.

That will push the session back to the console.

You are a genius. Thanks V. much shenan, I've been going round in circles
trying to crack this, I can now hide the keyboard and domestic bliss has
resumed!
