Controling Right click menus

I

IS

I just installed a program called WinRar and also Paint Shop Pro.
New every time I right click over an item I get all those two in the R-click
menu.
It's very annoying especially because I get it over the Start menu and when
R-clicking over the Recycle bin. Plus all the other stuff too.

How can I get rid of these programs appearing on my R-click menu?

Thanks.

As with most programs that add options to the context menus, all you need to
do is open the "offending" program and look for its options menu.

In the case of WinRar, go to the options menu, select settings, select the
Integration tab, then look at the lower right portion of the window. There
you'll see Shell integration optiond. The "Icons in contect menu" is
checked. Click on the "contex menu items" button below that and change the
options.

Check the configuration within the programs themselves. There may be
an option to disable icons/items on context menus.

Also check out Kelly's link, below. Click on "R" and scroll to...

Start - Run - regedit.exe

Open to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\
and delete the Browse With Paint Shop Pro subkey

You may also find these things in the Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
key
or in similar places under
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\
or HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\

I'm not sure which WinRar will have used
