control panel

why cant i find my control panel? i looked in every file
in win explorer! then, certain programs wont let me open
them, it states something about the administrator. im
really frustrated! HELP!

the control panel isn't really a folder. to access it, try
clicking Start>>Settings>>ControlPanel. or in folder
options(i think!)(tools>>folder options) check the "show
control panel in my computer" box. Then click on my
computer and you can access all your computer options.

as far as the administrator, log off of your current
accound and log in as whatever account you gave admin
powers to when you installed windows.
