Control Panel restarts Explororer

I have had this problem for a while. When i open the control panel, the
progress bar begins to load across the top but then it freezes and restarts
explorer. So i cant access my control panel at all.

I have reformatted/re-installed vista which fixed it for 3 hours and now i
have the same problem again.

Any one else had the same problem?

Might be due some 3rd party apps ... try uninstalling any one by one and
check if Control Panel Works
