Control Panel Problem

Running XP Pro SP2

Just started happening. When I open control panel this erro message comes
right up on top of it:

http://ronnietown.com/error.gif

I tried opening the .cpl extensions without the control panel and
everything opens.

I booted in safe mode and there is NO problem.

Any ideas/help?

I did it all last night. The system is clean. I sent a HijackThis log to
them also and was told all is fine but still have the problem.
