control panel faulty

how do i reinstall a contol panel application...? my control panel lost some of its application.

Hmmmm....

What actually happened to cause the problem? ie Crash? Inappropriate Shutdown? etc

Which Control Panel Shortcuts are missing? If they are System shortcuts, then there may be a bigger problem - ie the modules themselves have been deleted/corrupted.

Please provide as much detail as possible...then we can suggest the most suitable 'fix'.
