Control Panel Display Appearence Effects

Can anyone tell me WHY when I select "Show Window Contents
While Dragging" option in the control
panel>Display>Appearance>effects and applying it goes OFF
after shutting down and rebooting?

Do you have a Dell? If yes, uninstall the repellent Dell Media
Experience and you're problems with "show window contents, etc." will
be over.
