Control Panel different in Tablet's and Desktop with Pro

in my tablet control Panel under Performance and Maintinance there is two
items that are not in my desktop Remote Diagnostic and Diagnostic for
windows
why is that?

Because Tablet Edition Windows XP is a Superset of Windows XP Professional.

This means the Tablet Edition of XP has more features as well as all the
features of Windows XP Professional.
