control+alt+delete won't work

For some reason on Windows XP Pro the control+alt+delete
sequence no longer brings up the task manager/shutdown
options but rather the resource meter. What did I do and
how do I change it back? Thanks. My email is
(e-mail address removed) if that is easier.

Bryan, open the Task Manager and select the Applications Tab. Next time
it should open to it.
