Control, Alt, Delete to logon?

Hello,

I just got my labtop back from the computer store after a repair.
It seems that I have to press control, alt, and delete to logon. I
would like to revert back to selecting a user at the welcome screen.
Is there a tutorial that can walk me through this? Any help would be
appreciated.

In the Run Command type

Nusrmgr.cpl

then select "Change the way users log on or off"

then check "Use Welcome Screen"

then click "Apply Options"
