Hi Cathy,
Be sure that the power Button not stuck IN and all your Cables (Power, Data,
Monitor cable) is Firmly Fitted.
Another thought your power supply may be going to give way.
Please save yourself the Electric shock and Call or take your PC to a
Professional Repair Tech, they will know if it is Power supply or System
problem.
Did you installed any New Hardware recently, if yes unplug them and try to
boot.
