It means just what it says: If you are using a firewall which controls
outbound traffic, you need to check the publisher's documentation to see how
to allow MSASCUI.exe to access TCP port 80.

Are you having difficulty updating? Forgive us--I know that I'm involved in
at least one thread with you, but there's a large volume of traffic here,
and I can't immediately recall the rest of the previous thread.
