Context Menu from right click

I have been visiting a web site that enables movies to be
downloaded. The links to the clips say to use the right
mouse button to select "Save target as..." to download a
clip to a specified location on the hard disk. However,
when I do right click, this option on the content menu is
not available (it is "greyed out").

I have contacted the web site's support person, and I was
told that I should indeed have this option available to
use on a Windows based PC.

Please help. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank
you.

Probable registry restriction.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer

NoViewContextMenu (set to zero)
