D DVarnau Dec 16, 2003 #2 To remove an entry from the IE context menu, run regedit and navigate to this key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ MenuExt] Your entry will be a subkey of that key. Select the MenuExt key and export it (just to be safe) Then select the unwanted subkey and delete it. It wouldn't hurt to check for other malware. Download update and run one or both of these programs: Spybot - Search & Destroy: http://security.kolla.de/ Ad-aware 6- Lavasoft: http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ Also see: Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm for security tips and other information.
