context menu (right click menu)

I have a terminal server, that when a non-local admin, right clicks in
internet explorer, the context menu does not appear. It does appear for a
local admin user. Any idea what is preventing this from appearing for a
non-local admin user?

I would try looking in the Registry for NoBrowserContextMenu as a
first option.

option." helped. thank you. i did find this in the registry under
HKEY_USERS\......\software\policies\microsoft\internet explorer\restrictions
This led me to a GPO which i found under user configuration/administrative
templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer/Browser menus
