Some how I managed to delete this folder from my temporary internet folder.
Anyone know how to repair this?

No luck. I had rebooted. That's when I noticed it missing.

Start | Run | Type: cleanmgr | OK |
Highlight: Temporary Internet Files |
View Files button | Click the Folders Icon |
Do you see Content.IE5 in the left hand pane??
Gibberish folders in the right hand pane??
GXUZSP6V for example?
