Content.IE5 folder

Some how I managed to delete this folder from my temporary internet folder.
Anyone know how to repair this? Rebooting does not bring it back.

The way it happened I didn't notice it was gone till after I had shut down
the Computer and turned it on the next time. Too late! I always delete the
files in its folders before I shut down the computer. I did a control A and
hit delete not noticing it was the content folder highlighted. Not in the
recycle bin when I looked.
