I use Content Adviser and I recently reinstalled Windows
Xp on my computer and I was wondering if there is a file
that has all the allowed websites stored in it that I
could copy over to my new installation.

ratings.pol

Create a simple setting in your new computer and replace the ratings.pol
from the old one.
