Content advisor enabled but not working!!!

Someone please help me!!! Our internet explorer content advisor was working and then stopped all of a sudden. Now porn is accessible and is even on pop ups! I can't figure out where to go for help or what to do. Can you help me or tell me where to go to get help? Thank you so much!

A full virus scan and trojan/adware scan might be the first place to start.

Did you get an answer to your question? I am having the same problem
(Content Advisor ON but not blocking any sites). I ran Norton Anti Virus and
the new Ad Aware SE. Ad Aware found a few things, but nothing helped the
Content Advisor problem. I did see a green check mark with a blank web page
name in the Approved Sites list. When I remove it from the list it appears
again we I go back into Internet options and view the aprroved web sites. I
was just wondering if you found a fix for this problem. Thanks.
