Contacts

My computer person started me with two different contact lists. This has become a problem. How can I merge the two to become one simply...
 
Are the lists both in Contacts folders? If so, open one folder, switch to
an unfiltered table view such as "By Category", select all items using
CTRL+A, and drag them to the other folder. Make sure the destination folder
is the default Contacts folder to avoid problems.
