I just started using windows mail and I noticed that when I click my
contacts, it adds the name and the email address. Can you set it so it
doesn't disclose the email address or set to undislosed recipient? Thanks.

What you see while composing isn't necessarily what the recipient sees.
The Windows Mail developers felt that the composer needed to see the
email address in order to verify that the correct email address was picked
for recipients with multiple email addresses.

When sending to multiple recipients, use BCC addressing so that the
recipient can't see the information about the other recipients.
