I am trying to find an outlook file in outlook 2003 beta.
The 2002 version kept everything in a .pst file, stored
in local settings file for the user.

Does anyone know the file name and location of the file
that outlook 2003 would use?

Same file extension. Location depends on the OS. Look in properties of the
Root folder in Outlook to see its location.
