Hi,
Is it possible to have your contacts, including a distrubtion list shared in
a public folder? so that user who have access to the public folder, are able
to send emails using theses contacts and public folders?

If any one has any suggestions id appreciate it.

Regards
Damien.

Not sure what you mean by not seeing it in Contacts.

If you use the To... button to address an email, can you get to the Public
Contacts Folder to access the DL?

hi Diane,
I think i have it figured now.
When you click on the "show this folder as an email address book" it adds it
to address book. i can see it in the area you mentioned. but it only will
appear under address books where it has been manually added.
i was kinda expecting it to be visible for all users, but after checking it
out they have to manually add it in the same way. which seems to work fine.

Anyway, thanks for you help.
Damien
