contacts problem

hi all , i'm using MS outlook and Outlook express ,
i have contact in both .
my problem in my address book (outlook express)i ahve many contacts and in
contact (MS outlook) i have few . i open the address book using /s tool
what's happen all the contact from MS outlook i can see but the contact in
address book i can not see . what this mean i lost the data . any contacti
add in MS outlook automaticly show in address book . in address menu the
emport and export command not active . can some body help thanks

Normal behavior when Outlook and Outlook Express are setup to share contact
information; if you turn on sharing between Outlook and OE, any data
previously entered in the Outlook Express address book will not be visible
until you turn off sharing. You must choose whether you want to see Outlook
contacts or the original OE address book. You can't have both.
